I know you have seen the commericals (at least in the U.S.)...those of you in the UK or Australia might not have the same commercials......but in the commercials - you see excited woman enjoying a bowl of cereal and being able to fit into their favorite jeans or sexy dress.
Special K is a cereal diet - designed to replace two meals a day with their Special K cereal or other Special K items (bars, drinks, etc...) . The diet is to be done over 1-2 weeks. The commericals state (along with the website that you can lose up to 6 pounds in two weeks.

Plus you can have as many fruit and veggies you want through each day.
As far as exercise goes, there is no specific outline.
Once you select the Meal Plan you are interested in you hit continue and a calendar pops up. You now select what day you want to start. Once date selected the calendar highlights two weeks, then you hit continue and a meal plan pops up for the first (7) days...off to the right is a small calendar where you can hit Week 2 and another calendar meal plan comes up.
You can join the Special K Challenge by signing up with a log in , etc....or you can just go to the site and go through the motions without getting emails from Special K and their partners. Joining you can also get weight loss tips, coupons and interact with others doing the challenge.
I am going with the Chocolate Lovers Plan.....Obvious? Nah!!!!
Each day you get the normal Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - along with two snacks. The plan lays out suggestions (which you can mix and match) through out day. In addition, the regular meals that are outlined on the menu planner, if selected, the recipes are there for your convenience all you have to do is click on the one you want info on.
