1/27/2010 - 2/3/2010 The Japanese Banana Diet
Breakfast: A banana (or as many as you want until full) and room temperature (lukewarm)water
Lunch: Eat anything you like for lunch (no restrictions)
Dinner: Eat anything you like (no restrictions again) but it must be eaten (by 8 p.m.).
No desserts after meals. Try to avoid ice cream and other dairy products.
Go to bed before midnight.
