I had stopped by my local Health Food Store to pick up some B12 (I take this daily) and the guy that owns the place told me about this diet supplement, Fuco-thin that is fairly new to his store (not saying much since he just opened about two months ago). He said with what I am doing, this might be something I’d like to add into the weekly diets.

One softgel three times daily with food and 8 oz of water. No food plan.
Since I am going to try to be fairly good as far as food goes on vacation and my good intentions to keep up exercise (if looking at this past week is an indication – I need to INCREASE my exercise) – I thought I could add the Fuco-thin.
