I have a (3) Day diet this week and then ending week through to next week a (7) Day diet....The Sacred Heart Diet.
I need to do the diets this way as to lead me up to next Thursday as I will be away from updating for a week or so. My sister will be under going back surgery and my time and energy will be spent with helping her and her family out as much as possible.
So for these next (3) Days.....It's not hard....
Cracker and Water Diet
- The cracker and water diet is no mystery. You don't need to buy a book or subscribe to a mailing list to unlock its secret to success. All you need to do is run to the nearest corner store and grab a box of saltines and then make sure you've got plenty of drinking water on hand.
Then, for approximately the next 3 days all you consume are crackers and water. Part cleansing process and part last-minute diet, you can expect to lose anywhere from 2 to 5 pounds by the time you're done. Repeat the diet every week for a month if you need to lose more weight, but don't prolong the diet for more than 3 days at a time.
Consuming the Crackers and Water
- Drink as much water as you like. The more the better. Try to eat crackers on a regular schedule, something like 5 even intervals throughout the day. The number of crackers vary from person to person, but obviously fewer is better.
If you get tired of water, you can substitute tea or even coffee. If you aren't concerned about being too strict, you can also have a glass of juice or milk. Also feel free to mix up your selection of crackers, but remember--no cheese.
I got this diet off the internet (where else could I find something like this? - Oh, yeah a tabloid magazine....) so this is my FAD DIET for the next three days and then onto the Sacred Heart Diet.
