I AM DOING A DIFFERENT DIET WEEKLY.
The journey continues and there are so many diets still to tackle. I lost over 40 pounds during last years trek through 52 weeks and 51 diets.
In some way or another EVERYONE diets. But fail or don't continue after the first week.
I am not a nutritionist nor am I in the health industry. I provide a brief outline of each diet I am doing along with a daily update on exercise, what was eaten and positive and negative points of each diet. You will know what it actually takes to complete (I hope) or fail at a particular diet. My goal here is to tackle each diet and document my daily experience in addition to providing dieting, exercise and health information from other sources. From cost of what the diet calls for to what I am actually going through and to see if I actually lose weight.
I will let you know if I exercise. I will let you know If I cheated or if I blew off exercising, sometimes you will get TMI (too much information). In addition, life happens. I am doing this from my home not in some posh health spa located in a serene setting. Family issues, job issues and basic interruptions will factor into the real everyday life of a diet.
There is no easy way out....just hoping to learn, pass on what I learn and drop a few pounds in the process all with some humor!!
