Same weight as yesterday. No new news there.....
I have been completely out of whack since the whole running behind yesterday. I am not longer organized....I think I am over tired between the new job (learning new things), my period and just keeping up with reading all the new "diet" books I took out from the library......
A nice little benefit with the new job!! They have either breakfast (bagels, etc) once a month for the employees or a BBQ.....today they had a BBQ. Trying to be good I went with a cheeseburger (they were already made when I went to get one so I had to take one with cheese) but I took the roll off! I skipped on the coleslaw salad & the potato chips......I was good!!
THEN........I made the mistake of giving into a SUGAAAAR CRAAAAAVING......In my mind I am saying that like the old TV show that used to be on back in the 70's (yeah, I am not that young).....Remember CHILLER THEATER???? The hand (and part of arm) came out of ground and then the words (and someone's voice) would say CHILLLLLLLLLER THEAAAAAAAATER....or what about Creature Feature....I love the old scary movies (so fake & so funny) They are truly classics!
Or B-Movies.......???!!! I could stay up LITERALLY all night (and yes I have & still do - I made hubby stay up too, now he is hooked!!)....when they run marathons (sorta like Twilight Zone)...I have to watch them all, no matter how many times I have seen them!!
I am getting away from my slip today....Yes, I had candy. My Choice was not my first choice, I would have preferred SOur Patch Watermelon Slices but the local convenience store was out of them...
Here is how the days meals went.....
Breakfast: 1/2 Cup Grapefruit Juice 45 calories, 2 egg whites & 1 full Eggs 160 calories, 2 Slices of Bacon 60 calories. Tea 40 calories. Total calories 305.
Lunch:1/2 Cup Grapefruit Juice 45 calories, 4oz. Plain Cheeseburger (no roll) 300 calories. Total calories 345
Candy Snack: Ran out after I had lunch (I craved something sweet) bought a small bag of Cherry Nibs - I threw bag out without writing down the calories...but basically it's sugar...Per The Grapefruit Diet Info.....it completely eliminates sugar (I BLEW IT HERE)....A Guess at calories - 200
Dinner: 1/2 Cup Grapefruit Juice 45 calories, 6 oz. Chicken Breast 240 calories, 2 CUps Spinach Salad, light dressing 90 calories. Total Calories 375
Skipped Night Snack....trying to make up for he candy I had at lunch........
Total Calories for Day: 1,225
Calories are a bit over for the day. The candy did me in as far as calories go. But I had it and I have to move on. Tomorrow is another day .
It isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. . . .Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself
