Today 91 degrees...like the 87 degrees yesterday wasn't hot enough. After last nights Cage Fitness class and spending a good 10 minutes peeling my clothes off my sticky, slimy, sweaty body, just so I could refresh myself under an ice cold shower.... I am glad to say, I am bypassing Cage Fitness tonight, to mow my Dad's lawn. Still exercise, not as strenuous but I need to give my body a break.
I spent last nights class starring at my reflection in a wall of mirrors (never an attractive sight) all red faced and out of breath (more like heavy breathing worse than a crank caller). I do not want a repeat of the same tonight....

Total Calories: 1,093(27 calories less…yesterday 22 calories over – close to evening out)
Gotta go mow some lawn!
