Weeks 9 & 10. This diet had to be split due to my mini-vacation, weight gain and not giving the Food Mover a full week.
Even though overall I am still up 1.6 pounds from before vacation - I did lose weight.
Weight Loss breakdown for the two weeks:
2-1/2 Days (Week 9) - Loss .4
6 Days (Week 10) - Loss 3.4
I'd have to say this diet definitely works.
Overall I would do this diet again. The Food Mover was handy (fit in purse or back pocket) and interactive by moving the windows (up -or- down) you really could keep an eye on what you ate or drank and what you still had available to eat for the day. The Food Mover keeps you honest with yourself.
I lost weight - the positive out of this.
This was an easy to follow diet. The BLAST OFF week was laid out meal by meal (in the instruction booklet) so that if you didn't want to work in your own comparable meals it was a no brainer.
Long term I think this would be a successful diet to continue on.
