One Food Holiday down and another right around the corner. I hope you faired better than my (2) pound gain that I have been unable to drop (even with walking Friday, Saturday & today - 1-1/2 to 2 miles each day).
I begged off (fortunate for me or the gain would have been much worse) taking a massive amount of food home after Thanskgiving. I actually had to leave my mother-in-laws for fear I would lose everything I ate (which really wasn't a lot)...it was just too rich (all that butter, cream, etc) and too much (more than what I have been eating in the last week and a half).
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 cup grapefruit juice, Lemon zinger tea
Lunch: Sauteed chicken breast with chopped tomatoes, cabbage and carrots, salt & pepper
Dinner: Leftover chicken (just chicken) from lunch with 2 fresh tomatoes 1 cup grapefruit juice
Last day for Margaret Thatcher (I am doing the little wave the Queen does right now - you'll have to visualize as I do not have a movie camera to capture it)...glad it's over. I need something different than plain eggs for breakfast....give me a veggie, cheese, anything to mix it up!!!
Have a TERRIFIC night....for tomorrow is the Diet Center Program Diet.
