Another good day today....made even better, by me getting into a size smaller jeans!!!
I do want to clarify "Smaller Jeans" - I got into size 14's (with no stretch), that I was actually able to wear the entire day without unbuttoning/unzipping and putting a long shirt over (been there, done that)... that was the good news, the bad news was I still have muffin top. Not just a little muffin top - I've got the Texas Size Muffin Top.

As we slowly edge our way into the "NEW YEAR", you've had some time to re-evaluate ths past year and look forward to the NEW YEAR with NEW GOALS. Goals do not have to be just about losing weight, exercising more - what about getting finances in order, read more books, visit more local attractions or travel more? The NEW YEAR offers a clean slate. An opportunity to make a BUCKET LIST of what you want to achieve and set your mind to.
What did you not get to do this past year and wish you had? Go ahead write it down, make it something you do earlier in the year, so you don't forget to fit it in.
Dieting is secondary - living your life and enjoying the people and places in it is what matters most. Dieting and exercise can be fit into the life you lead. But don't just live your life......REALLY LIVE YOUR LIFE!

Have a SUPER NIGHT!!!!
