It seems as if everyone is excited to start this next phase, get past falling off the diet wagon and move onto the next smaller pant/dress/shirt size!! I am right there with you. Even though I was away part of last week with my Dad on vacation, I ate what I wanted - BUT....are you ready for this - I walked (3) miles every morning!!! I had made a deal with myself that if I was going to throw dieting out the window (one last hurrah), I had to do something healthy and I am proud of myself for getting up early and getting it over with! I didn't lose anything and I kept a significant gain down - normally I am good for at least a 7-10 pound gain when away and I have to say, only 4.5 pound gain - so the walking helped!
So it looks like there are (4) of us looking to continue on our journey and (1) New Person, welcome Jan D.

You can change up your diet anytime – not all diets work for all people. You know your body and you know what works and doesn’t work.
Being HEALTHY and taking any step(s) you take to keep yourself HEALTHY is encouraged!!
For me....I am doing the Overnight Diet this week...I had started it and then when we decided to restart the 2nd Challenge, I stopped. I'd like to see if a week doing it will show any results and since I bought the book, might as well give it a full week...(see side bar for diet info)...
That being said...today was a SMOOTHIE DAY...
Breakfast Smoothie:
1 Chobani Greek PLAIN yogurt (6oz)
1 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
2 Cups Spinach
1 banana
1 Tablespoon oatmeal
Lunch Smoothie:
1 Chobani Mango yogurt
½ cup frozen mango cubes
1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach
1 tablespoon raw oatmeal
Dinner Smoothie:
1 Chobani Passion Fruit yogurt
1 orange
1 cup almond milk
2 cups raw spinach
1 tablespoon oatmeal
I am hungry, not starving, but that nagging slow growl in my stomach. I did not drink as much water as I should have today and that may be part of the issue. Going to end for now, have some water and do a little treadmill.
