Diet Patch on first thing again this morning and really, no difference. I have been pretty good watching meals although I did squeeze a DD donut in this morning. The only non-diet thing I had.
INSANITY workout last night– 13 minutes and 43 seconds. That is all that I could do last night. I felt so bad I jumped on the tread-climber this morning for 20 minutes to make up what I lost last night.
Breakfast: 2 cups watermelon
Snack : Small DD Hazelnut Latte, 1 Boston Cream donut
Lunch: Chobani passion Fruit yogurt (2% fat), ½ cup tuna and 2 mozzarella cheese sticks, 2 GG Bran Crispbreads
Dinner: Quinoa cakes, salad
Snack: 2 cups watermelon
I have a TON of watermelon!! I bought a whole one thinking it’s summer, it’s warm and what’s more refreshing than watermelon? What I didn’t think about is, I do not have enough containers to put the cut up watermelon in – so I have ½ a watermelon cut in nice, easily accessible cubes and another ½ of watermelon that still needs to be cut up.
There are only (2) of us - (3) if you count Booby the Cat (she dislikes watermelon but like Circus Peanuts – go figure???)
Between Quinoa Cakes and watermelon – we could survive easily on only this for the next (4) days.
Plus, tomorrow I have a company picnic and tomorrow night I am hanging with my nieces –full day!! Not sure if there will be an update tomorrow, let alone me getting an INSANITY workout it – but we shall see.
