As of this morning down another .4 pounds. That brings total down for this past week to 4.2 pounds! That makes this past week one of the highest in weight loss per week....the most lost was 4.4 pounds the week I started this journey on The Cookie Diet.
Recap of four weeks so far....down 10.2 pounds! Revolving Diet is working so far.
I have said all week that this 6WBMO diet was filling. It was. About three days into the diet it actually seemed like it was too much food, I couldn't eat it all. Eating every 2-3 hours to ensure you were full takes some getting used to. I tried, as I wanted to make sure I didn't cheat. Doing the Rapid Results was a little hard. I used extra spices so that the food wasn't bland. It was my choice to go with RAPID RESULTS...Who doesn't want to lose weight faster???
You really can make this diet customized to your liking. With the many choices from RAPID RESULTS, GOURMET, EASY or the INFINITE MENU planner you can make this diet your own. The downside is it is alot of cooking to make sure you stay on course. You can pre-make alot of your food...make hard boiled eggs, cook a batch of chicken and freeze....I took a few short cuts. I did not boil up a bunch of eggs, I am home in morning so I went with the scrambled egg whites. I did buy pre-made roasted chicken breast a couple of times and I used boxed/bagged frozen steamed veggies for meals. I used Boars Head Low-Salt lunch meat for my snacks and I used bagged lettuce and instead of peeling grapefruits, I drank grapefruit juice.
Being prepared with pre-made food is going to make this diet alot easier. If you are not prepared you set yourself up for grabbing anything . Again you are eating every 2-3 hours, it is only 2 or 3 ounces of protein but this is what is keeping your sugar levels steady and the cravings back.
For myself being on BODY TYPE B.....I was allowed a carb at lunch time only. The recommended carb was 1/2 cup of rice. I took liberties here and instead of the rice (since I knew The RICE DIET was going to be one of the upcoming diets) I either had oatmeal or a granola bar making sure the carbs did not exceed 22g (this is what 1/2 cup of rice contains). I did cheat. A little creamy salad dressing or Milk Duds invaded this past weeks diet....but even with these minor cheats I still had a great week....PLUS I had my period this past week (so you know I was craving!!!!). I also did minimal exercise....other than shoveling snow a couple of days....nothing else.
Would I do this diet again (or the full 6 weeks)?? ABSOLUTELY!!!! The infomercial says you can lose up to 30 pounds in 6 weeks.....I honestly think you could.
When you go to the 6WBMO site and read the Success Stories - it really helps to get you motivated.......http://www.mybodymakeover.com/success_stories/viewstory.aspx?id=1
These are my opinions and through the experience I had in the past week and coming weeks. Everyone is different what works for me may not work for you.
