WOW....2 Days into a new diet and I forgot to summarize the last diet....
Good news - I lost 1.3 pounds last week.
This is basically a decreased calorie diet that attempts to curb high-sugar intake. The decreased calorie diet is going to lead to weight loss. But, the big problem is that the regimen is highly restrictive and that almost always spells long term failure.
What I have found with a good portion of the diets is some may have alot of food to eat, like this one, you are eating every couple of hours, but the food is somewhat bland (repetitive).
Long term I can not see myself sticking to it. I could probably go 2-3 weeks at the most. While this diet does add other foods into it - I am not sure it is enough to keep me interested in sticking with it. It's obvious I lost weight and that would push me to keep with it - but - the repetitive of food options would leave me bored and start looking for other not so healthy options.
