I am back down to where I started the first day of this diet. So overall weight loss "A BIG FAT ZERO".
The two weeks preceding this diet were extremely restrictive being either liquid only or rice & fruit only. This 3 Day Diet was a shock to the system....More food (not calories wise) but flavors hitting salty & sweet and everywhere in between. Food was satisfying at mealtime but in between I WAS HUNGRY. I think the added flavors peaked my taste buds into wanting more food.
Being a short diet, this is a short summary.
Would I do it again. Probably not. The first day was good. I really think the second day with the hot dogs for dinner really did me in. The last day was average. I think it was intended to help you release the salt you took in the day before (I peed alot yesterday).
Alot of my results could be based on the two weeks leading up to this diet. Being too restrictive and then hitting all the good stuff (Peanut Butter, Ice Cream, Hot Dogs......) in 3 Days took the wind out of my weight loss stride I had going.
Oh well. It was bound to happen. So I am back where I started this week and happily onto todays "4 Day Diet".
