It's the WEEKEND!!!! And I am down a pound - WOOOOO WHOOOOO!!!
Took breakfast and lunch pictures early (since I was up bright and early and took my time this morning). Dinner tonight ????????????? - NO CLUE - have tickets to a show with Dad and girlfriend so dinner will either be after show or just a water and a snack at the show.
Breakfast: Quick & easy Chobani yogurt (as you already know my new favorite flavor - Blood Orange, I really can not believe this is fat free!!!) and Oatmeal (oatmeal not permitted on Eat Yourself Slim) - had a lot to do this morning so I went with convenience, the few extra calories (and carbs) will get me through this very busy day
Lunch: Chicken salad, with homemade mayo and dill over lettuce, applesauce
Dinner: ??
I included a picture of the Dill I used as it is something fairly new at my local Shoprite and it's one of the best spices I have ever bought. I also purchased the Cilantro, Basil, Parsley and Red Onion. They are Freeze Dried and as the label says "As close to FRESH as you can get" and it's true. I can not tell you how many times I have purchased fresh Parsley, Basil, Dill and/or Cilantro for a recipe and had and had to throw them out as I didn't use the rest. This stuff is great!! A bit pricey (about $4.99) but no more than regular spices and much cheaper than buying the fresh stuff and wasting it.
