Looks like those Halloween Gremlins were out causing mischief and attacked my computer!!
I thought I was going to be back to normal this week....the computer issues I had previously came back with a vengence....I think we lost everything on our hard disc. Hubby is checking it out - but now it looks as if my laptop or my work computer (in between actual work) will be my only contact to the internet world.
Not a big surprise on meals today - tried to stick close to outline of diet.
Breakfast : 2 Scrambled eggs, ½ grapefruit, lemon zinger tea (no sweetner)
Lunch: ½ cup tuna packed in water mixed with mustard on low carb tortilla, with lettuce and ½ tomato slices, 1 cup baby carrots, bottle of water
Snack: 1 Chobani non fat yogurt
Dinner: 1 large stuffed cabbage, 1 cup steamed broccoli
Snack: One handful of dry roasted peanuts (approx ¼ cup)
It's Halloween...enjoy the night, the cute costumes on the Trick-or-Treaters and the last (do you believe it) last day of October!
