Down a pound for the week...not bad considering I had (2) carnivals/festivals to get through...I had some splurges and got righT back on track.....!!! NO REGRETS!!!
Flat Belly Diet did help get my belly down (not as bloated as during Subway Diet). The carbohydrates seem to be my kyrptonite.....
Sassy Water.........Okay the first couple of days, then I had to resort to drinking fast so that I didn't taste it. By the forth day I bypassd eating the cucumbers that soaked in the water, I just couldn't do it.
I was eating every four hours and I was satisfied. I never felt a sugar drop and I never was hungry. The diet was flexible, no counting calories and I was able to mix and match meals as much or little as I wanted. The additon of the MUFA(monounsaturated fatty acids) really did not make a huge diffence in what I was eating - other than I was actually adding nuts and olive oil which I hadn't had in the previous week.
I definately felt less bloated after about the third day (when I really started to notice).
Would I do this diet again - YES. I think continuing on this diet would have definately given me successful results. I could probably do long term as there was no calorie counting and the diet was very flexible.
However, I would make sure to have the book (being that I took my copy out from library) using the website might be of help, personally I do not think I would visit site as much as I would refer to the book. The book is well laid out and if laying in bed a book is easier to pick up then to have to sit at a computer.
